  • (Q) What information am I required to provide before you can undertake debt collection services for my business?

    (A) Before we can collect debts on behalf of your business we will need a copy of the invoice or statement for the account in question together with the debtors contact details. Best to download the below link;

  • (Q) When collecting a debt for my business, what are the payment options offered to debtors?

    (A) We always try to facilitate payment by way of a direct deposit/EFT directly into your bank account. If you have Credit Card facilities, we will look at this as an option as well.

  • (Q) What alternatives do I have for lodging a debt with Credit Consultants (QLD)?

    (A) We will accept lodgement of debts by email or mail, depending on what is easier for you.

  • (Q) How soon do you recommend collecting on a business debt?

    (A) We recommend as soon as possible if a customer has exceeded your credit terms and you've contacted them either 1 or more times and have had no response. You will generally have a better result if it's handled faster.

  • (Q) Do you recommend debt collection over suing to recover an outstanding debt?

    (A) As debt collection is often more cost-effective than paying legal costs, we'd recommend you try our debt collection services before investing in legal action.
